Phantoms Reduce Training Camp Roster

12 Players Sent to Reading Royals

Lehigh Valley, PA – The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, proud AHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, have reduced their Training Camp roster by sending 12 players to the Reading Royals of the ECHL. Eight players under AHL contracts have been loaned from the Phantoms to Reading while four players under ECHL Standard Player Contracts were returned to the Royals from Lehigh Valley’s Training Camp.

The Phantoms are back in action next Saturday, October 7 when they open the 2017-2018 regular season with a 7:05 p.m. clash at PPL Center against the rival Hershey Bears.
