Phantoms Continue Home Stand with 3 at PPL Center This Week

Lehigh Valley, PA – The Philadelphia Flyers, parent club of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, have returned on loan defenseman Samuel Morin to Lehigh Valley.

A 22-year-old blueliner from Lac-Beauport, Quebec, Morin is in his third professional campaign and has tallied one goal, four assists, five points and 22 penalty minutes with the Phantoms this year. In 160 career games with Lehigh Valley, the 6’7″, 227-pound defender has recorded eight goals, 32 assists, 40 points and 269 penalty minutes.

A first-round selection (#11 overall) by Philadelphia in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, Morin made his NHL debut with the Flyers on April 4, 2017 as part of a 1-0 overtime setback at the New Jersey Devils.

In the midst of a season-high six-game home stand, the Phantoms host three games at PPL Center this week. Lehigh Valley returns to action on Wednesday, November 29 when the club welcomes the Binghamton Devils to downtown Allentown for the first time this season.
