Lehigh Valley, PA – The Phantoms have announced that Cam York is the PSECU Player of the Week
The Flyers first-rounder in 2019 made his pro debut to begin last week when the Phantoms returned to play following their 16-day stretch between games. Five days later, York scored his first pro goal and added two assists for a three-point game.
The Anaheim Hills, California native joins the Phantoms at 20 years old after being named Big Ten Defenseman of the Year at the University of Michigan as a sophomore. He was also captain of the USA World Juniors team that took the gold medal this past January in a 2-0 upset of Canada.
