#GOALS4LV Challenge
Over the last weeks and months, healthcare heroes have been working tirelessly on the front lines to help many regain their health and keep countless others safe. Although the Lehigh Valley Phantoms hockey season may currently be on hold, the organization stands committed to giving back to the community. That’s why the team has partnered with Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) to launch the #GOALS4LV Challenge to help raise funds for the LVHN COVID-19 Emergency Fund. We’re asking all those who are able, to pick up a stick and take part!
Here’s how it works:
- Record yourself shooting into a goal for 20 seconds and attempt to score as many goals as you can. Don’t have a hockey stick or a puck? Use items in your home. Get creative! (Check out the video above for some ideas)
- Pledge to donate $1.00 to the LVHN COVID-19 Emergency Fund supporting the emergent needs of patients and staff during the global pandemic COVID-19 for every goal you score. Once your video is completed you can make your donation here: LVHN.org/GOALS4LV
- Post your video to social media using the hashtag #GOALS4LV and nominate three of your friends to take the challenge. You can also tag the Phantoms on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for a chance to be featured on our social media.
Plus, the Phantoms will match the first $10,000 raised towards the LVHN COVID-19 Emergency Fund!
