Lehigh Valley Phantoms Ticket FAQs For 2019-20 Season Cancellation

On Monday, May 11, 2020, the American Hockey League announced the cancellation of the remainder of the 2019-20 season due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

With that in mind, find the below FAQs in regards to the AHL’s announcement, and how that will affect tickets already purchased for those remaining Lehigh Valley Phantoms home games from the 2019-20 season.

What is the current status of the Phantoms 2019-20 season?

The American Hockey League has made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of the 2019-20 regular season.  Fortunately, only a portion of the season was affected.  The seven remaining Phantoms home games in the 2019-20 season previously scheduled after March 12, 2020, will not be rescheduled.

What can I expect in regards to the 2020-21 Phantoms season?

The Phantoms and the AHL intend to play a full regular-season schedule for the 2020-21 season with no immediate impact made from the cancellation of the 2019-20 season.  Additional details in regards to the schedule for 2020-21 and other important news regarding future games will be relayed by the organization and the league as it develops.
