Phantoms Premier Membership FAQ

 

Do I have to pay for my Premier Membership up front?

You do have the option to pay the full amount of your Premier Membership at one time but we do conveniently offer an interest-free payment plan with payments coming out the last Friday of every month. Payment plans run February-January. All memberships must be paid in full by January 31, 2025.

 

How many Phantoms games do I receive with the Premier Membership?

Your Premier Membership will include 2 pre-season, 36 regular season games. Additionally you will receive 2 Post Season games upon the Phantoms making the Calder Cup Playoffs. A high percentage of Phantoms home games will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.

 

What benefits do I receive with the Premier Membership?

The Phantoms Premier Membership is set up in a way that you will receive year round benefits that you can take advantage of. These benefits are in addition to the seats and games you receive as part of being a Phantoms Premier Member. For a full list of current Membership Benefits click HERE.

 

When does the Phantoms season start?

Regular Season games will start in October and conclude in April. Calder Cup Playoffs will start typically within one week of the conclusion of the regular season.

 

Do I have access to Playoff Tickets?

As a Premier Member you will receive the first two home playoff games at PPL Center. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your seats for all Phantoms playoff games at PPL Center. Playoff information will be sent out to ticket holders prior to the regular season concluding.

 

Am I able to re-sell my tickets?

You do have the right to re-sell your tickets. This can easily be done through your Online Account Manager where tickets can be posted to SeatGeak, who is the preferred secondary market partner of the Phantoms & PPL Center.  You can also easily transfer tickets to friends and family through the Online Account Manager as well.

 

How do I access pre-sales for PPL Center shows and concerts?

As a Premier Member you will receive pre-sale access to PPL Center events. Pre-Sale information will be emailed to the email on your account which will include the pre-sale information including when your pre-sale will take place. Your Service and Retention Representative can also be of assistance during this process with any questions you might have.

 

When is the Phantoms schedule announced?

The American Hockey League historically has announced the full schedule in July.

 

Am I able to change my seating location after the season?

Each off-season we will host a Premier Membership Select-a-Seat Seat Relocation Event. This will be your opportunity to come down to PPL Center and look at available seating option for the upcoming season. As hockey fans we understand that every fans preferred seating location is different. This event will provide you with the chance to find your desired seats so that you have the best experience at games.
