50/50 Raffle Seller – Phantoms Charities (Allentown, PA)
JOB SUMMARY
The Lehigh Valley Phantoms and the Phantoms Charities are looking for high-energy, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our 50/50 Raffle staff as sellers for the 2020-2021 hockey season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell 50/50 Raffle tickets to fans at the arena pre-game and during the game; bonus pay structure available based on sales
- Approach and speak to a large number of fans each game
- Use mobile handheld or stationary device and printers for the sale of 50/50 Raffle tickets
- Accurately handle cash from raffle ticket sales and turn it in to staff at the end of the night
- Communicate 50/50 Raffle details and rules to fans
- Share information about Phantoms Charities and the impact on the community
- Represent the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and Phantoms Charities in a positive manner as brand ambassadors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old before the start of the 2020-21 season
- Must be prompt and arrive to games on time
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must demonstrate a professional and positive attitude when interacting with fans
- Must be able to work Lehigh Valley Phantoms home games
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if necessary
- Must be willing to work 4 hour shifts
