Phantoms Training Camp Roster Announced

26 Players Arrive for First Practice on Tuesday

Allentown, PA – The Lehigh Valley Phantoms have announced their roster for the 2026-27 Training Camp which begins this Tuesday with the first practice at PPL Center.

John Snowden’s crew includes 26 players at the beginning of camp with several additions to be expected from the Philadelphia Flyers in the coming days. The team is currently comprised of 15 forwards, eight defensemen and three goaltenders.

Seven of the players on the current roster have played for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms either last season or the season prior: Alex Ciernik, Devin Kaplan, Jackson Edward, Yaniv Perets, Keith Petruzzelli, Vincent Sevigny, Zayde Wisdom.

There are four players on NHL contracts: Alex Ciernik, Jackson Edward, Devin Kaplan, Ilya Pautov.

And there are eight players on AHL contracts with the Phantoms: Brady Berard, Owen McLaughlin, Yaniv Perets, Keith Petruzzelli, Mikael Robidoux, Vincent Sevigny, Zayde Wisdom, Cooper Wylie

The team also includes 14 camp invites on tryouts. Ten of those players are under contract with the Reading Royals of the ECHL.

The Lehigh Valley Phantoms open their Training Camp with the team’s first practice at PPL Center on Tuesday, September 22.

The Phantoms will play three preseason games, including two at home. The exhibition schedule begins on the road on Friday, September 25 at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.

The Phantoms debut at PPL Center on Saturday, September 26 against the Hershey Bears and will conclude the preseason schedule on Tuesday, September 29 hosting the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.

Opening Night for the 2026-27 regular season is Saturday, October 3 against the Hartford Wolf Pack. The debut contest will feature rally towels and schedule posters for the fans.
