Inspiring Active Lifestyles in Local Schools

Phantoms Fit brings the energy of hockey directly into local middle schools through a school-based physical education program that promotes activity, teamwork, and healthy habits. With many PE departments facing tight budgets, Phantoms Charities partners with Phantoms players to lead floor hockey demonstrations, teach skills and drills, and inspire students to stay active. As part of each visit, Phantoms Charities donates a full set of high-quality floor hockey equipment to the school, providing lasting resources that benefit students for years to come. Phantoms Fit supports physical education, encourages movement, and helps introduce the sport of hockey to the next generation across the Lehigh Valley.
