Summer Of The Steak Revisited
The summer of 2007 took on a special significance for the Phantoms - at least for the team's PR department. Mike Thornton and Brian Smith embarked on a vital quest to find Philadelphia's best cheesesteak.
Mike and Brian took some folks with them for the ride. Each visit included a "guest critic," including players, coaches, Flyers and Phantoms alumni, local media members, and fellow Comcast-Spectacor employees.
After much debate, the Phantoms came to a Top 5.
