The Phantoms, the American Hockey League’s top development team of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers, announced today it has opened a pop-up store offering Lehigh Valley Phantoms-branded items in downtown Allentown.
The Lehigh Valley Phantoms pop-up store, the Phan Shop, is on the southeast corner of Eight and Hamilton streets. The store will be open Mondays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offers a wide selection of t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, novelties, gifts and more.
On Thursday, April 24, the shop’s first 20 customers will receive an official Phantoms team hockey puck and be eligible for a chance to win an official team autographed hockey stick. On Friday, April 25, the first 20 customers will receive an official Phantoms team hockey puck and be eligible for a chance to win an official Erik Gustafsson game-worn jersey. Erik, a former Phantoms player and AHL All-Star, is currently a member of the Philadelphia Flyers.
“The fan support we’re receiving in the Greater Lehigh Valley region is tremendous,” said Rob Brooks, co-owner of the Phantoms.
“Based on the recent success of the Phantoms merchandise kiosk at the Lehigh Valley Mall and back by popular demand, we have created a great location for our fans to shop and get the latest Phantoms gear at the new Lehigh Valley Phan Shop,” said Bev Saunders, Merchandise Manager of the Phantoms.
