FULL TRAINING CAMP ROSTER STANDS AT 26.
The Adirondack Phantoms announced today that 17
players have been assigned to them from the Philadelphia
Flyers, according to Flyers general manager Paul
Holmgren. 11 of the 17 players suited up for the
Phantoms last year representing a significant core
of the team returning for the 2011-12 season presented
by Bud Light.
The players are expected to report to Glens Falls
on Sunday afternoon and evening for physicals and
will hit the ice for the team's first practice on
Monday.
Additionally, two players on contract with the
Phantoms did not take part in the Flyers training
camp. Denis Hamel and Andy Bohmbach are both expected
to join the Phantoms this week as well. Note that
the Flyers have not concluded their training camp
yet and could still send additional players to the
Phantoms.
