Damion Parmalee is entering his seventh
season as Head Equipment Manager for the Phantoms.
Prior to joining the Phantoms, Parmalee was the
Head Equipment Manager for the ECHL’s Alaska
Aces from 2003-2006 who won the ECHL’s Kelly
Cup Championship in 2006. “Parms”
was the Head Equipment Manager for the Pee Dee
Pride (ECHL) in South Carolina from 2000-2003
and served as the assistant Equipment Manager
for the Albany River Rats during the 1999-2000
season. This season, he reached his 1000th professional
hockey game and later in the year he will reach
another impressive milestone when he works his
500th career Phantoms game.
Parmalee is originally from Binghamton, New York
and enjoys golf and men's league hockey.
