to Participate in Your Community Event?
* Fill out a Phlex appearance form in its entirety.
Incomplete forms may result in the inability to
process your request.
* Appearances are subject to a $35
fee per hour (to cover travel costs) or $60 for
a two-hour appearance. Phlex is only available for
a maximum of two hours.
* Requests must be received at least two weeks prior
to event.
* Requests must be mailed or faxed to the Adirondack
Phantoms executive offices. No telephone or e-mail
requests will be accepted.
