Tickets & Payment

How do I purchase tickets?

Ticket purchasing is made easy by calling (518) 480-3355 and speaking with a Ticket Dude or visiting our box office before games!


How do I buy tickets the day of the game?

The best way to avoid lines at the box office is to have season tickets! However, if you don't have season tickets, give a Ticket Dude a call at (518) 480-3355 or stop by our box office. You'll always save money by purchasing your tickets in advance!


What is included with my season tickets?

Whether you are a Mini Plan ticket holder or a Full Season ticket holder, there are plenty of advantages including the Unlimited Ticket Exchange privileges, 0% interest on payments, playoff priority and much more depending on your package! What are your payment plans?

We offer monthly and weekly payment plans featuring 0% interest on payments! For more information, speak with one of our representatives by calling (518) 480-3355.

How do I redeem a voucher for tickets?

Give us a call at our Phantoms office, (518) 480-3355 or stop by at our box office. Gift cards are only redeemable for tickets through the Phantoms offices.

How can I exchange my season tickets if I am unable to attend a game?

Easy! We offer an Unlimited Ticket Exchange on all ticket plans! Just simply bring the ticket you couldn’t use to our Phantoms office at least 24 hours before the game and you can exchange it for tickets to another game! 

Can I change my seat?

If you are a Season Ticket holder, give one of our ticket representatives a call now and allow them to work with you on another section that would fit! Seats are going fast so make sure you call now! The same selection you have today won't be available tomorrow!


Do infants or toddlers need tickets to get into the game?

If a child will be occupying a seat, they will need a ticket. For children 14 and under we offer a great children’s price no matter where you’re sitting in the arena.

 

Arena / Directions

How do I get to the arena?

From the North:

  • Take I-87 (Adirondack Northway) south to Exit 18.
  • Turn left at end of ramp onto Main Street.
  • Go straight through five traffic lights. This will put you at a fork in the road with a Stewart’s Shop in the middle.
  • Bear right onto Hudson Street. Go straight.
  • At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Route 9 South. The Civic Center is on your left-hand side as you start down the hill.

From the South:

  • Take I-87 (Adirondack Northway) north to Exit 18.
  • Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Main Street.

  • Take I-87 north to Exit 18.
  • Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Main Street. Go straight through five traffic lights.
  • This will put you at a fork in the road with a Stewart’s Shop in the middle.
  • Bear right onto Hudson Street. Go straight.
  • At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Route 9 South. The Civic Center is on your left-hand side as you start down the hill.

From Rutland, VT:

  • Take Route 4 to Fort Ann, NY.
  • Turn right onto Route 149.
  • Follow this to the junction of Routes 149 and 9 South.
  • Turn left onto Route 9 South.
  • Follow Route 9 South for exactly 5.5 miles.
  • Civic Center is on the left-hand side as your start down the hill.

From the West:

  • Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) to Exit 24.
  • Follow signs for I-87 (Adirondack Northway) to Montreal/Saratoga Springs.
  • Take I-87 north to Exit 17.
  • Turn right at the end of the ramp onto RT. 9/Saratoga Rd. You will travel approximately 6 miles.
  • Bear left at the Stewart’s onto Rt.9/Main Street.
  • Civic Center will be approximately 1 mile on your right after the bridge.


How do I find parking? What does it cost?

There are many available nearby sites for parking. You can purchase a season parking pass for Phantoms games for only $5 per game. A full season parking pass is $150, which saves you $35!

Are there any good restaurants near the venue?

The Glens Falls area offers plenty of dining options. We recommend taking a stroll down Glen Street or Ridge Street by the arena for some delicious options!

What time do the doors open on game day?

Doors will open for the public 1 hour prior to game time! As a courtesy to our season ticket holders, doors at your very own Season Ticket Holders entrance will open 1 ½ hours prior to game time!

Am I allowed to bring my own food/beverages into the arena or do you have concession?

There’s no need! At the arena we offer a wide range of food options at our concession stands, including an All You Can Eat buffet in Heritage Hall for just $12! You can purchase All You Can Eat buffet tickets at the box office.

Do you have an ATM machine anywhere on your facility for me to access during a game?

In case you decide to make a purchase during one of our games, we have ATM machines located in our lobby!


Is handicap seating available?

Yes, Section W and Section C of our arena offer handicapped seating along with extra seating available at the top of each section. Double seats are available for those who need assistance.


What is prohibited at the arena?

The GFCC welcomes you to the venue and kindly asks that you follow a few small requests throughout your visit. For specific information on prohibited items, visit the GFCC website.


 

Game Information


Will there be any opportunities to interact with the players after the game?

Yes! There are scheduled events throughout the year including post game skates, post game autograph sessions and much more! Stay tuned for a complete schedule of events!


How long do the games typically last?

Games typically last between 2-2 ½ exciting hours!


Can I buy merchandise at the game?

Yes! There will be plenty of merchandise available during games in our lobby! But if you feel like wearing your Phantoms merchandise to the game, order prior at Shop Phantoms Hockey. "Slashing Prices" Seth always has great deals and an awesome selection!


Can I bring a camera or video camera to the game?

Absolutely, cameras or video cameras are permitted for you to capture your favorite moments of our games on tape! Professional photographers are asked to call the Phantoms to get a Media Pass prior to the game.


Where can I go if I have a question or concern during the game?

Visit Guest Services or our Ticket Table located in our lobby if you have a question or concern you’d like to address during the game!
