Full Season Ticket Holders, if
you miss any game during the regular season, you
can trade your unused tickets at the Phantoms Offices
for tickets of equal or lesser value for selected
Phantoms home games.
2010-11 Redemption Nights:
October Redemption - Friday,
October 29th
(can redeem tickets from 10/15, 10/16, and/or 10/22)
November Redemption - Friday,
November 26th
(can redeem tickets from 10/29, 10/30, 11/11, 11/12,
11/13, and/or 11/24)
December Redemption - Friday,
December 31st
(can redeem tickets from 11/26, 12/11, 12/15, 12/17,
12/18, and/or 12/29)
January Redemption - Friday,
January 28th
(can redeem tickets from 12/31, 1/1, 1/14, 1/15,
1/22, and/or 1/26)
February Redemption - Sunday,
February 27th
(can redeem tickets from 1/28, 2/4, 2/13, 2/16,
2/18, 2/19, and/or 2/26)
March Redemption - Friday,
March 25th
(can redeem tickets from 2/27, 3/6, 3/11, 3/12,
and/or 3/16)
April Redemption - Wednesday,
April 6th
(can redeem tickets from 3/25, 3/26, 4/1, 4/2, and/or
4/4)
All tickets must be traded in a
minimum of 24 hours (one business day) in advance
of the game, and can only be traded at the Phantoms
offices inside the Glens Falls Civic Center.
