2009-10: Attended the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL) training camp…Assigned to Adirondack (AHL) on 9/22/09 after clearing NHL waivers…Recalled to the Flyers and played in their pre-season game on 9/26/09 at New Jersey…Returned to the Phantoms on 9/28/09…Made his Adirondack debut on 10/3/09 in the season opener vs. Worcester and finished with a game-high +2 rating.

2008-09: Completed his fourth pro season, his first with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins…Finished second in the AHL with a +37 plus-minus rating…Registered his 250th career Pro game played on 2/25/09 vs. Hartford…Played in his 250th career AHL game on 2/27/09 vs. Albany…Ranked second on the team in plus-minus, was tied for sixth on the team in games played (70) and was seventh in penalty minutes (71).

Career Notes: Drafted by Philadelphia in the 6th Round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft…Made his professional debut for the Manchester Monarchs (AHL) on 10/8/05 and posted one assist for his first career Pro point…Scored his first career Pro goal on 11/21/06 at Norfolk…Made his NHL debut with the Carolina Hurricanes on 2/14/08 vs. Pittsburgh…Played with the Albany River Rats in the longest game in AHL history (five overtimes) on 4/24/08 in Game 5 of the East Division Semifinals against the Phantoms.

College: Played four years of NCAA Division college hockey for Colgate University of the ECACHL…In 141 career NCAA games for the Raiders he had 56 points (16 goals, 40 assists) and 156 penalty minutes…Helped Colgate win their second ECACHL regular season crown during the 2003-04 season…Was an All-ECACHL honorable mention in 2004-05; also named to the 2005 ECACHL All-Tournament Team.
