Nate Mason joined the team during
the inaugural season campaign as an account executive,
and has since been promoted to ticket sales and
service executive. His primary responsbilities include
coordinating fundraising groups, booking anthems
and school groups, acting as a liason in the Box
Office, processing game day ticket orders and providing
customer service to our season ticket holders.
Prior to joining the Phantoms, Nate
worked with the Syracuse Crunch, contacting potential
sponsors and coordinating promotional events, and
handled group sales at Saratoga Race Course.
On a game night, you will find Nate
in the will call area of the box office, coordinating
the National Anthem performances for his large groups,
staffing the guest services table, or visiting his
groups and season ticket holders in the stands.
