2008-09: Played his third full season with Ilves Tampere in the SM-liiga, the top league in Finland…Had 12 points (4 goals, 8 assists) and 10 penalty minutes in 44 games played…Also played in three playoff games for Ilves.

Career Notes: Drafted by Philadelphia in the 4th Round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft…Represented Finland at the 2008 World Junior Championships in the Czech Republic; they made it out of the group stage, but lost to Canada 4-2 in the quarterfinals.
