Andrew Hill joined the team in August
2010 as the director of fun and community development.
His responsibilities include coordinating the Phantoms
mascot program and developing community outreach
in the North Country.
Prior to joining
the Phantoms, Andrew was a mascot coach and coordinator
for Concord University, First Media Radio and Bluefield
Orioles Baseball in West Virginia. Hill also spent
time as an event coordinator at Crossroads Mall
in West Virginia, and was active in the community
with the Special Olympics, American Red Cross, American
Alzheimer's Foundation, and Relay for Life.
