Phantoms Fans - do you want
to have your birthday, anniversary, and other special
greetings announced at a Phantoms home game?
For a $10 donation (per message) to Phantoms Friends,
you can send wishes to friends or family via a Phantoms
Special Announcement. All requests for Special Announcements
must be submitted in writing using this form (click
here to download).
Requests must be received by the
Adirondack Phantoms Hockey Club at least two
(2) business days prior to the game where you
wish your Special Announcement to appear. There
are no exceptions to this rule and requests submitted
after this deadline will not be processed. Please
spell difficult or longer names using phonetics
in order to ensure proper pronunciation.
All Special Announcements are displayed
on the message board and announced during the second
period. A greeting should not exceed 8 words in
length. The Phantoms reserve the right to not accept
Special Announcements that are of an inappropriate
nature. Fans may submit Special Announcements for
all Phantoms regular season home games.

Payment for Special Announcements
must be made by credit card if processed by fax.
In-Person and mailed requests may be paid with credit
card, check or cash. Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
are accepted. Cost is $10.00 per message.
