The Adirondack Phantoms have a focus
of “Community First”, and are
dedicated to playing an active role in the Glens
Falls and surrounding communities. We are proud
to support a wide range of charitable organizations
each year through charitable donations and are thankful
for the interest from local organizations to be
involved in fundraising efforts throughout the community.
Due to the volume of requests that the Phantoms
receive, we are not always able to honor every request.
In an effort to help us assist as many local charitable
organizations as possible, we ask that each organization
submit only one donation request per year. We have
set forth the below guidelines to help us determine
how we can best assist as many local organizations
Donation requests will be fulfilled
approximately one month before the date of the event.
Please keep in mind that requests are filled with
available donation items only. We do not make monetary
* A Phantoms donation request form must be filled
out in its entirety. Be sure to include Federal
Tax ID number (if applicable). Incomplete forms
may result in the inability to process your request.
* An event letter/flyer on organizational letterhead
must accompany donation request form.
* Requests must be received at least four weeks
prior to event.
* Requests must be mailed or faxed to the Adirondack
Phantoms executive offices. No telephone or e-mail
requests will be accepted.
