| Q. Do you hold national anthem auditions? |
A. The Phantoms do not hold auditions, but we do accept audition tapes. If you would like to be considered for a spot, please send a cassette tape of you singing the national anthem, along with a letter of introduction, to:

| Q. How long is a Phantoms game? |
| A. Phantoms games average around 2 ½ hours. |
| Q. How do you redeem gift certificates? |
| A .You must redeem them in person at the Wachovia Center box office between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or at the Wachovia Spectrum box office the night of a game. |
| Q. How much does parking cost? |
| A. Parking at the Wachovia Complex is $10. |
Q. Where can I exchange tickets?
(only applies to season ticket and game plan holders) |
| A. On Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., tickets can be exchanged at the Wachovia Center box office. The night of a game, they can be exchanged at any upstairs ticket window outside the Wachovia Spectrum. During a game, fans can stop by the advance ticket window on the concourse by Door 8 to exchange tickets for a game they missed. If you have tickets to a future game and want to exchange them, please call your Phantoms ticket representative. |

| A. Yes they are. Practices take place at the Sovereign Bank Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, N.J. For dates and times, go to the practice schedule section under Schedule on the web site. |
