The Philadelphia Phantoms are committed to being a positive influence and supporting the greater Philadelphia region beyond just hockey. We believe that in keeping with the Phantoms tradition, we have a responsibility to give back to the community that has supported us for so many years.
However, because professional sports entities receive numerous requests for donations, the following guidelines must be followed in order for us to consider your request. These guidelines assure fairness while maximizing the benefits the Phantoms can provide to the community.
*All requests must be made in writing on organization or event letterhead and mailed or faxed to:

All requests must include:
- Date, time and location of event
- Contact name, telephone number and complete street address.
- Description/mission of the organization
- Event purpose/beneficiary
- How item will be used (raffle, door prize, auction)
- Verification of 501c (3) (non-profit status) (if applicable)
Please understand that due to the large volume of requests received, that all requests must be made at least 6 weeks in advance. There are no exceptions.
Also due to the large volume of requests received, failure to include the above information may result in denial.
Please do not send duplicate requests to other members of the front office staff.
We honor one request per organization a year. Item selection is based on available inventory.
We are unable to accommodate out-of-area requests, monetary donations or charitable sponsorships.
