General Ticket Frequently Asked Questions
|
|
**The most convenient way to purchase Phantoms Tickets is online via ComcastTIX at www.phantomshockey.com.
**Tickets for all Phantoms Games can be purchased at the Wachovia Center Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (Sundays and holidays on event days only).
**The Wachovia Spectrum Box Office will open 3 hours prior to game time to sell Phantoms tickets.
**Join the Cyber Club at to receive emails on upcoming ticket information, promotions, presales, item packages and other great savings before the General Public. (Click here to sign up for the Cyber Club)
**Reserve your season tickets now!! Click the link here to put down a $100 deposit for season tickets now. You will be contacted by a Phantoms sales rep shortly after to reserve your seats and go over the great benefits of being a Phantoms season ticket holder.
**What is will call? "Will Call" means that your tickets will be available for pick up at the Ticket Office prior to or on the night of an event. The designated will call window only has pre-printed tickets for the event that day. Any purchases or other tickets for other events need to be picked-up at the regular sales window. Due to time constraints and volume of tickets to be picked-up we highly recommend picking up tickets well in advance of the performance date and/or time.
**Why does a ticket cost more than what is advertised? Comcasttix.com provides a service, for teams and artists, by giving an outlet for the public to purchase tickets. The base price, which covers the cost of the artist and/or team, is the advertised price. There is then a convenience charge added to cover the costs for the services provided by the website.
**We do not currently support online accessible seating ticket purchases, but we understand the importance of your comfort and convenience and will do our best to accommodate all requests. A number of accessible seating locations are available depending on your price range request and needs. Please contact us at 215-952-7337 and a customer service representative will assist you on your seating needs.
